Hi, I’m Sara! I’m a Kentucky native living in Buffalo, New York. I received my bachelor’s degree from The University of Kentucky and continued my education at the Parsons School of Design at The New School in New York City. After finishing my design studies, I worked under an accomplished residential interior designer in Dallas, Texas before relocating to Western New York and deciding to launch Bloor Design, LLC.

I’ve always had a passion for beautiful spaces that are functional, inspiring and inviting, but my real purpose is found in designing spaces that promote and support great lives. There’s nothing I love more than entering a space that creates a palpable feeling. Maybe it is a feeling of happiness or creativity or maybe it encourages rest and relaxation, either way my goal is to create an environment that reflects the life you want to lead.

The ability to inhabit a space that inspires you is the foundation to putting your best foot forward in life, and if we are to go out into the world and be our best, I believe it starts with the space we live in every day.
